In 1985 Nancy Minor Team took root in Peachtree Corners. Nancy, along with her husband Sid were pioneers in using technology along side real estate. It wasn't long before their business was booming and Nancy formed a team to meet the demands of her growing business. The team concept was new to real estate and Nancy was a trailblazer in the industry. She mentored many great agents over the years and her team is close to helping 5000 families buy or sell homes.
To meet the needs of her growing client base, Nancy asked Laurie Rogers to come into the business as a partner in The Nancy Minor Team in 2020. Laurie Rogers had been an agent on the team for 6 years. Her values and attention to detail were immediately noticed by all. Clients best described Laurie as being a valuable asset during a stressful time. She handled each transaction with professionalism and a smile. The combination for these two ladies has created one of the strongest real estate teams in metro Atlanta. The team handles business from Atlanta all the way to Athens. All clients are treated as family and with the highest integrity.

Nancy Minor, Founder & Realtor®
Nancy Minor is a long time resident of Peachtree Corners, GA. She was born in Birmingham, Alabama and graduated from University of Montevallo. She has a long family allegiance to the University of Alabama (Roll Tide). After graduation from college Nancy moved to Atlanta to begin her teaching career. After four years of teaching Nancy's husband Sid was transferred to Chicago. Nancy and her family lived there for eight years and then decided to return to the sunny south.
Nancy is a Realtor and is the Team leader of The Nancy Minor Team, one of the top residential real estate teams in the local market; she has held this title for over 35 years. She and her husband Sid founded the team.
Her passion is helping people solve real estate problems. Nancy's goal is for each move a buyer or seller makes, to be " Minor" detail.
While respecting the tremendous stress a client faces in the real estate transaction, Nancy's goal is to keep her head when others are losing theirs. She loves the poem," If" by Rudyard Kipling and strives to maintain that calm, and be a voice of reason at all times.
Nancy's personal goal for her team is that they never lose their joy. Work should be fun and working with awesome buyers and sellers should always be joyful, and can be, with the right attitude.
Nancy's marketing is based on fun and her logo is a caricature of herself that she has been using for over 20 years. The caricature is to Nancy a symbol of fun! The team has a moving truck to help make her buyers and sellers moving experience a "Minor" detail.
Knowing the meaning of a fun environment Nancy also knows fun without knowledge, will be of no value. Training and education are critical to the growth of the team and each individual agent on the team. Nancy has 37 years of wisdom in the real estate industry.
Nancy is a graduate of Leadership Gwinnett. She has been a volunteer for several years at the Robert Fowler YMCA in Peachtree Corners and was named Volunteer of the Year in 2008. She served as Chairman of the board of directors. Nancy and her team support local schools and many other causes in the area. Because of Nancy's community involvement she was the recipient of the Star Business Award presented by Peachtree Corners Business Association. Nancy Minor was also awarded the Harry Hammond Ikon award. In 2016 Nancy was named one of top 100 most influential agents in Georgia
Nancy's joy comes from being with family and friends, Being a wife, Mom and Grandmommy gives her life purpose and all of them are, the motivation for her success in her business .She has two sons and five granddaughters,one grandson, and has been married to her husband Sid for 44 years. When not with family and friends, Nancy can be found behind a good book or watching her Crimson Tide football games. Nancy also follows Norcross football and Basketball and cheers for the local high schools.

Laurie is a firm believer in the fact that who you are in business with matters. She has chosen the best so that she can reach excellence in all areas of her business. Laurie Rogers is in the top 20% of earners in her market center, doing over 9 million in volume during her first three years in the business. She has earned the NAMAR Million Dollar Club every year since beginning her real estate career.
Laurie brings a listening ear and excellent communication to each transaction. As a former teacher, she is uniquely able to communicate with clients, making sure they have complete understanding of all areas in the sale of their existing home or in the purchase of their new dream home. Laurie is a rare Atlanta native, growing up in Tucker. She then went on to Auburn University and graduated with a degree in Education. She currently resides in Peachtree Corners. She has two daughters and two grandchildren who she adores spending time with whenever possible. She loves sports, especially SEC football!
